Week seven has ended already. Here's my review:

Day 47: October 5th - Flat Belly Workout

Day 48: October 6th - Flat Belly Workout

Day 49: October 7th - 30-Day Plank - Day 15

Day 50: October 8th - Flat Belly Workout

Day 51: October 9th - 30 minutes of cardio

Day 52: October 10th - Rest Day

Day 53: October 11th - 30 minutes of cardio

I really need to kick my butt into gear this week. Here's to finding my motivation!
