Day 40: September 28th - 30-Day Plank - Day 11

Day 41: September 29th - Flat Belly Workout and Dance class

Day 42: September 30th - 30-Day Plank - Day 12 and Dance class

Day 43: October 1st - 30-Day Plank - Day 13

Day 44: October 2nd - Flat Belly Workout and 30-Day Plank - Day 14

Day 45: October 3rd - Rest Day

Day 46: October 4th - Flat Belly Workout and 20 minutes of cardio
