Speaking of junk food; KC and I's must have for the game is some kind of dip with chips. There are two that we absolutely LOVE and one is a sausage and cream cheese dip (I'm not sure what it's really called but it's delicious!). I thought I'd share it with you all in case any other football fanatics need something new to spice up their game day rituals. :)
It's super simple, I mean, if I can do it, anyone can. There are only 3 things you need (besides the chips of course); 1 lb of sausage (we like Jimmy Dean), 1 package of cream cheese, and a can of Rotel.
First, you brown the sausage and then drain the grease.
Next, you add the block of cream cheese and the can of Rotel (I don't drain the Rotel).
Stir/mix it all together, until the cream cheese is completely melted.
Now it's ready to serve! I dump it into a Tupperware container so any leftovers can be easily put away (just snap a lid on it and pop in the fridge).
See how easy that was?! This is why I love making this so much. It's quick and tastes amazing! KC could eat it everyday if I made it for him. I hope you all enjoy it!
Go Colts!!!
xoxo
